Unfortunately, there are some items that we will not be able to dispose of. They are:
- Items that are mounted to the walls, ceiling or any fixed surface that are not detached from the mounting surface prior to our delivery team's arrival
- Bug/rodent-infested items
- Renovation debris
- Items that cannot be disassembled and carried out from the location
- Documents or items that contain documents within it
- Electronics, regardless of size
- Items containing highly flammable materials
- Human or animal remains
- Prohibited items that are illegal or contraband under Singapore law, or items that are controlled items that will require a license or permit from the Singapore Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD) for its importation, exportation or possession
Our team will determine if the item you wish to dispose of is suitable and non-hazardous to be handled by us on the day of disposal. FortyTwo reserves the right to reject any item that we have determined to be unsuitable to be handled by us, and will issue you with a refund for the disposal service paid on each item deemed unsuitable.
