Planning a visit to our Qoltured by FortyTwo experience store? Here's what you need to know when you want to place your orders at the store!
How do I place an order?
For small cash and carry items:
Simply grab the item that you wish to purchase and proceed to the cashier for payment!
For medium or large-sized furniture items:
To purchase medium to large items that are not available for immediate collection or delivery, simply scan the QR code on the product tags that you'll find on the individual items to see more details about the product on the website. From there, you can add your desired products to the shopping cart and make your payment online! If you wish to make payment for your online purchases at the store (i.e. via cash or mall vouchers), please approach our friendly store staff and they will be able to assist you.
What are the delivery charges?
As you add the products to the shopping cart by scanning the QR codes of the products displayed in-store, the delivery charges will displayed in the shopping cart:
In general, orders will enjoy free delivery as long as the order amount is S$300 when it's delivered by FortyTwo, while orders below S$300 will vary between S$5.90 to S$19.90 depending on the combination of products you have in your order.

How long is the lead time that I should expect to receive my delivery?
As you scan the QR codes on our products in-store, the QR codes will direct you to the corresponding product page. Each product may have a different earliest delivery date, which is clearly stated on the corresponding product page:
eg. The Eithna 1.2M Sideboard (Cream) has an earliest delivery date of 4 January 2024, but is not currently available for 42EXPRESS delivery service.
After you have selected the products you wish to purchase and added them to the shopping cart, you may start the checkout process on the website and select your preferred delivery date for your order.
