My coupon code is not working properly and the discount is not effected in the checkout page. What can I do?

Kindly check if you've entered the correct coupon code, as well as the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant promotion that you've received as it may not be applicable to the item(s) you're purchasing.

Some problems that may have occurred are:

  • Not enough minimum spend on qualifying items in cart
  • Discount was requested for items that are not qualified for discount (e.g. discount code for cushions was used when only a dining table is in the cart)
  • "Apply Coupon" button was not clicked
  • Discount code has expired 
  • Discount promotion has ended
