How do I change my delivery address / delivery date / delivery timing, after I place my order?

To change your delivery details prior to delivery, please email or call our Customer Service Helpdesk at 6777 7667 with your requested changes at least 48 hours prior to the original delivery date or before your desired new delivery date, whichever is earlier. 

Our friendly Customer Service Officers will see to your request as soon as possible.

Do note that the processing and subsequent approval of all requests are subject to FortyTwo's delivery schedule, discretion and additional delivery charges (if any) may apply. Do note that FortyTwo only delivers within mainland Singapore and Sentosa Island. 

Shipping details on orders delivered by post cannot be changed once the order is shipped.

Please note that changing the contact number(s) or address(es) in your existing order(s) does not change your contact information registered under your FortyTwo account.
