My coupon code is not working properly and the discount is not effected in the checkout page. What can I do?

Kindly check if you've entered the correct coupon code, as well as the T&C of the relevant promotion that you've received as it may not be applicable to the item(s) you're purchasing. 

Some problems that may have occurred are:

  • Not enough minimum spend on qualifying items in cart
  • Discount was requested for items that are not qualified for discount (e.g. discount code for cushions was used when only a dining table is in the cart)
  • "Apply Coupon" button was not clicked
  • Discount code has expired 
  • Discount promotion has ended
