I am unable to use my coupon code on certain item(s). What's wrong?

Kindly check the T&Cs of the relevant promotion that you've received as it may not be applicable to the item(s) you're purchasing.

Some problems that may have occurred are:

  • Not enough minimum spend on qualifying
  • Discount was requested for items that are not qualified for discount (e.g. discount code for cushions was used when only a dining table is in the cart)
  • "Apply Coupon" button was not clicked
  • Discount code has expired 
  • Discount promotion has ended
